At Hockey Gear, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, used protective equipment and sharpened skates cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective film remains intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Securely box your items, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
