What is your return policy on used equipment?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Sticks that have been taped or skates that have been sharpened cannot be returned.
Do you offer professional skate sharpening services?
Yes, all skates purchased through our online store can be sharpened to your preferred radius before shipping for a small additional fee. Please select your hollow depth at checkout.
How long does shipping take for oversized items like goalie pads?
Oversized equipment typically ships via ground freight and arrives within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the gear leaves our warehouse.
Are your hockey sticks covered by a warranty?
Most composite sticks come with a one-time 30-day manufacturer warranty against breakage due to manufacturing defects. Please keep your receipt and the serial number sticker to process a claim.
